From 2012,

It was cloudy, and it was a Wednesday. The ocean waves crashed against the sandy walls in a feverish repetition. I knelt on the beach, breathing in unison with the waves. Quietly I sat, awaiting my moment.  I composed my thoughts, each incoherent idea like a traffic jam on the highway slowly faded away, leaving the road open for travel.  As my world became clear, and I achieved balance, I rose from the earth.  Now determination sent me forward..
